ABOUT “LUNCHEON WITH A MISSION”
In the fall of 2008, Jason Ball embarked on a mission trip with a local Church to spread the wonderful teachings of Jesus Christ through an English Camp in Chaing-Mai Thailand. While on that Trip, visiting Mae Sariang Village, he was overwhelmed at the awesome and immediate need to continue works in these areas. This was a life-changing event for him and the purpose of his life become evermore evident- Mission’s. Without Missionaries in these places, some people live a lifetime without hearing of our wonderful Savior Jesus Christ.
Upon returning home, he has made it his passion to get more people involved in missions. In doing so, he also discovered that here locally, in his own community, there is a tremendous need for Missions and helping those who are hurting and in need. Even though the area is “Saturated” with churches, he wants to create a “Bridge” to bring everyone together for one great purpose: Share the Love of Christ. To do this he realized, it requires a tireless attitude, broad shoulders, a lot of perseverance and of course financial support.
Enter now, “Luncheon With A Mission”. Jason though of this wonderful idea to have an annual Luncheon with Gospel singing, crafts, fun activities for children, and outstanding Food! All of this would be fun, exciting and would be some “Fresh” activities for our community to enjoy, while in turn raising monies for his Local and International Christian Missions.
He challenges you to search your heart, pray and give as God has led you. After all, he can’t do it alone; he needs everyone’s help to help everyone in our community and overseas.
Financial support is important, however, your prayers are ever so more important in getting this event to fit in Gods plan. Pray for this event and local and international mission work. Invite someone out to our event, come enjoy the day and be a part of this fun filled festival.
When anyone, anywhere reaches out for help, we want our hand always to be there. For that we are responsible, responsible to both God and Each other.
God Bless you and Thank you in advanced for your support.
